-right now: besides getting ready for work, this is the last activity on the net or my computer that I do in this state... I am preparing to format... meaning, the next time I post I have made it back not only on the computer but Internet as well. Stage one is the format. Stage two is the original software install. Stage three is the upgrading all old products. Stage four is restoring all information (email, save games, save program information). Stage five is installing all software back on. Stage six is catching up to internet activities. Stage seven is catching up to email. Stage eight is Madd back in business. Later...

thank goodness for computer science knowledge, otherwise, windows and its attempt at obtain IP automatically would be failed, and I would be calling an IT help desk some where... the format went... fast, very fast. I am currently in the middle of stage three... it takes forever since there are millions of products on the computer to be uploaded (windows update) and about half are 10MB and have to be done seperately, THEN restarted, then repeated again. Other than that... the computer screams... it is like buying a new machine!!

possibly, I am almost done with stage five... heck, I find out I did not even have to save my icons for AIM they keep it all on the server... so Madd cow is alive and well and back in the hotel

well I am now at stage five, and half way into stage six... actually more than half. really only games, the scanner, and the FTP program are required to be installed now
