It was a little busy. But, I wasn't here after 7:30, and I was home watching TV and reading a book with my husband.

Most of the time, no I don't. However, some nights I do. Most of the time our shift is similar. Yesterday, I worked 11-730, today I work 1130-9 tomorrow I work 230-11. It changes every day

what a great way to put it. We don't work the same schedule but our schedules overlap. I couldn't think of a good way to explain that. You did a fantastic job.
And we have our own desks thank the good Lord.

I wasn't sure if you shared desk because of having people that work different schedules, like you work (as example) 8a-5p and someone else works 9pm-6a.

are they cubicles? or desks with nothing?

I have no idea. I thought I was in a good mood until I got here and took my first call. Then my podmates started filtering in and talking to me and I'm just like "Uh I'm not in the mood to hear your stories tonight."
I'm less irritable now than I was 4 hours ago, though. So maybe I'm lightening up a little.
