I'm asking questions but DON'T ANSWER THEM!!!
Posted: Sat Aug 25, 2007 13:16:26Are you kidding me? Just spoke with a customer whom I TOLD I couldn't help and that she needed to call the business office on Monday. She kept asking me questions that i would answer and for some reason she kept asking them over and over.
She finally started yelling at me to which I told her to stop.
Then she asked me the same questions again without taking a breath. So, I tried talking over her to ask her if she would allow me to answer her questions. Her reply, "NO!!!"
Uh...Ok then. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE????????????
