How do pregnent working females get time off as opposed to the U.S.?

well I don't have all those notes here. . .but its A LOT more than women in the states.

women in teh states-6 weeks
women in France - 10 weeks Men only get two days tho ;)
but that is only for the first kid, and AFTER the birth, I think there might be a little time before too.
second kid-12 weeks
third and so on-18 weeks
and its all paid
