Hi, when I pick up my phone, there is no dialtone, I know there is no phone off the hook because people are able to call in. Even when I pick up the phone to answer a call, it still makes the same popping sounds as when there is no incoming call, and I have tried this with more than one phone. Could I get someone out to repair my line please?
