The only thing that I can think of is a neutral magician that casts spells on the Internet. Other than that I have no clue. What's the context?

wikipedia wrote:Red Mages use the abilities of Black Mages and White Mages and have the combat abilities of a Fighter, are not as good at any one ability as are any of the other classes. In general, they can only cast a handful of lower-level spells. In their later appearances, they were associated with the ability to cast two spells in one combat round (often called Dualcast or Doublecast). In Final Fantasy XI, Red Mages use additional special skills like the MP-restoring "Refresh" and the special ability Chainspell, which can be used every two hours, allowing the Red Mage for a limited time to Instant cast, and Recast instantly. Red Mages are often distinguishable from other classes for wearing a distinct red hat with a white feather. Other articles of clothing vary, though a red cape is common. Red Mages have appeared in Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy V, Final Fantasy IX (as NPCs), Final Fantasy XI,, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (as a Viera job class), and Hataraku Chocobo. Red mages did not appear in Final Fantasy X, but the Doublecast ability is available.

This can be an idea of what magic red mages can do. In Final Fantasy 5, red mages are able to cast Lv3 White and Lv 3 Black being able to cast wide varieties of spells from {Scan} to {Bolt2} ({Libra} and {Thundara} in GBA version). As well as from {Cure2} to {Fire}. Red Mages are also available to use wide varieties of weapons and armor.

Well, the Red Mage is basically the jack of all trades, someone who specializes in nothing, but has access to many things. In the Final Fantasy (FF) game world, they were able to use more magic than any one class, and more weapons and armor, however, it was not as powerful. I decided to change my site description to this, as I also am this way. I personally specialize in nothing. Even my computer skills and video game skills are not really specialized (even though, in these cases I would be considered above average).

So my use for my website is to state I do a little bit of everything, in general. You will not just find a specialized video game. About any game out there has a site that is devoted just to that game or series. You will not find specialized psychology. Really, the only thing that is specialized on here is... me. Since I am not a specialist, well, I think the title fits me well.
I will have something here... at some point...

It doesn't say that at the top of my screen. I'm confused.

yeah, she means for my main page... she is refering to the title, just like the title to this thread shows "MWF * Post a reply - Microsoft Internet Explorer" since that is the title IE shows in the page I am on now. So on my main site, madd74.com, you will see the begining title as "Madd's World - Red Mage of the Net - Main"
I will have something here... at some point...
