Hi. I just noticed that there is a group "jailed" and wondered what that was about.
and then
why does the little box (circle thingy) next to the title move?

Did you not read the legend at the bottom of the page of Outer Unbound? LOL.. It shows what each one stands for the one that is moving mean it is popular..

I got why it was yellow, and I didnt see anything that said anything about WHY it was moving. but thank you
