				pursuing privacy

				usually on any Monday I sleep scandalously late, do laundry from the weekend at work and then find amusement here and on LJ and such. Today, I've concentrated not on my fun, but on my LJ.
I've got a need to take every entry private and then to change my name there.  Triplediamond has served me well in my first foray into such on-line things.  {tis true that I only got a computer and began these on-line contacts in July of last year.  every other contact had been done from computers as work - and very little, at that}
Anyway, I'm finding it time-consuming to make all posts private (yes i know there are clients out there to help but i simply cannot find out/understand how to get and use them. blah)
and then I need to take the old girl to a new name.
{Mair: are you on LJ at all?)

				thank you sewcute !
i figured i could ask you - but i was on a mission and very much needing to get it done in any way i could figure out myself. i'm kind of stubborn that way. (and Madd can attest to my impatience with tech help even when i ask for it)
i'm stupid.

 thanks again - i'll be knocking on your door soon enough - for help that is.

				I am also good at nudging in the right direction.
seriously though there is a tool to use that will make converting lj entries SO much easier than going through ALL of them.

				ps: a PINCH of salt is a standard. i include a PINCH of onion, minced is prefered though powder will do in a PINCH. and don't forget a PINCH of garlic - powder or salt, i suppose - although minced bulbs are the best,.
one does what one can in a PINCH.

				POWER hitter.
I have noticed that Madd doesn't usually butt into threads that he isn't already watching, so if you want him to read what you said about you might want to start another thread of pm him

				Sorry for the delay...I wasn't on last night after I left work.
I am not on LJ. I'm not really familiar with it at all except for reading Madd's entries at times.
