I think Melissa's point was you cannot resist sinning, as that is what it is to be human - to be a sinner. You cannot resist what is inevitable.

I mean, if you want to say, "Madd, you cannot resist breathing", well, then yeah, you are right. I am talking about things that are in the control of me. Sure, I cannot resist my heart beating, and I cannot resist sin. If I could, there would be no point of Jesus dying for my sins.
I bet I could resist Floyd tickets, I would simply have to have a reason for it. I could also resist money and the like, but again, the question is what am I resisting it for. To me, something that "can't be resisted" is something that no matter what you offer me, I am unable to take your offer.

there is a difference between attempting to resist breathing and resist a free insert here, and that is the world I was living in when I wrote that... but feel free to be me on a crazier level all you want
