				Dieting...SUCKS

				So, I went crazy on my vacation and didn't pay any attention at all to watching what I ate. So, I decided when I got home that I would do phase one of the Southbeach Diet for 2 weeks to get that weight off quick and then go back to the weight watcher points plan. So, today is day 3 of my 14 days on the Southbeach, and I don't think I can finish the week (which I'm doing no matter what) let alone do another one on top of it. I was gagging down my lunch today and eventually threw it away. I just couldn't take another bite of ground beef. Oh Lord Help me get this weight off. I am so fed up.

Ground beef is one of my favorite foods.  Maybe I should do South Beach.

				You have to make sure and eat LEAN ground beef. And it was one of my favorites, too, until this diet.
And I know this is a lifestyle change, but it's a diet to me until I get to my goal weight. And even then...it'll be a constant battle my WHOLE life.

				I think once I get down, I will still do points and stuff, mainly so that I am keeping TRACK of what I eat. . .because sometimes I don't realize how much I eat!  Course even on WW I can eat A LOT!  I had SO much tonight, and still have a few points left. . .

				I'm not for POSITIVE, but I don't believe that you do.
I will have to do some sort of tracking my points my whole life, too or I'll blow right back up. It took me NO TIME at ALL to gain back 40 of the 52 pounds I originally lost.

				I haven't heard a lot of people talk about it, but I LOVE it!!
I am not doing AS good this week as I could be. . .Coldstone Friday, and Fried chicken today. . .but it's a lifestyle change, and I have NOT gone over my points, so I figure I am ok!
