lawnmower man came over today. his big mower through a rock through my front window - the storm and the inside panes.
but it didn't shatter the windows. just left 2 holes and some cracking.
go figure.

well, i don't *have* to - but i take care of little stuff like this because my landlord hasn't raised my rent in 10 years and it's really cheap. so, yeah, i can take care of some stuff but the roof and the heat pump? those are on him.
oh yeah, i had to get this same window fixed a few winters ago when i broke it out with a shovel after i'd locked myself out one night.

HaHa Uh oh. Well I think that's a pretty good deal that your rent hasn't been raised in 10 years.
I wouldn't even know where to begin if someone broke my window. (well if I didn't have my dad...I go straight to him whenever anything happens)

meaning that you are 'out there' still being active in this board. i hadn't heard or seen you for a bit and then i found replies to posts showing that you are still involved here.
as for your brain being 'out there' -- that is just a given, eh?

So did you have to replace the entire window(s) or is there some kind of repair kit?
