I was originally a little disappointed because A LOT of other first people (at my meeting) had lost 5 pounds, and *I* wanted to lose that much!

but as someone else said 3 pounds in a month is a total of 12 pounds!

PLUS!!!! If someone is bigger, it's more common for them to lose more weight their first week. My cousin lost over 5 lbs her first week and then found out she was pregnant the whole time, so I wanted to cry, too.

But your 3 lbs is something to be VERY excited over!

Yeah, like Queen D sized. :) hehehe I'm down to 417 from 433 since I started walking to and from the bus for work.
