Some customers are currently experiencing slowness when trying to connect to their MySQL databases; in some cases, they are not able to connect at all. We are troubleshooting the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Yay, they finally admitted it! I was going to say there was trouble that was causing the board to be insanely slow, and not there at times, however, it appears that it is taken care of... so we think and hope.
