It could still be Adventure. The only time I played that one was thru an emulator. I think I still have my saved game on the comp too! I totally levelled up my character fast by using the "speed-up" frame-rate increase trick to quickly run back and forth btween screens killing enemies.

I still never understood how you beat FFL1, Madd, but then again most people are bewildered when they see how many types of combinations of characters I've successfully beaten FFL2 with, which is still my favorite of the series!

hehehe, about time you showed up!!

Well, I had no problem beating the game. I used the save every battle trick with my mutants, and kept an eye when they got new abilities so that I did not lose any of the really cool ones. I do not think I got very far on emulator, however, I most definitely dominated this game on GB

Haha, I pretty much did that same thing with FFL2. I even won the game with a party of all monsters, because I mapped out the proper "sequence" of monster's meat in order to have the strongest monsters in the game, and also to save near monster bosses to eat their meat to turn into monsters that you never even fought in the game.

The only goal I haven't completed is to get a Fighter to use the Seven sword in battle (hits for 7 times, does an astronomical amount of damage). You get in the last dungeon by fighting a monster called a Haniwa - akin to Warmech, he only appears in a 1 and 47239492734924372983479 chance, but he's also so near impossible to kill, that one has to use the Hyper cannon to "erase" him (never killed him any other way).

He sounds similar to Warmech, except that was only a 1 in 64 chance to come across him. The old school one from the NES was actually a bit difficult, with his Nuke and ability to hit darn hard.

I do not believe I have played FFL2, even though I have the cart and the ROM of it
